New Prospect Baptist Church sponsors an after school Bible based, Christ centered club for students at N.P.E.S. We meet Tuesday afternoons September - March.
"A 2001 Supreme Court ruling allowed Good News Clubs access to
public facilities after school hours. The Good News Club is a fun,
evangelistic club for boys and girls ages 5 through 12 that meets
immediately after school. New Prospect Baptist Church “adopted” the New Prospect Elementary Good News Club in 2007and provides the personnel needed to conduct the clubs.
